Content Fragment Rich Text

Hi Team,

AEM 6.5.13

We have come across a requirement to customize Content Fragment rich text editor so that many other tags e.g. strong,b,cite,big,small,font,blockquote,tt,u  etc. can also be enabled by Author.

How can we achieve that?
