Content Fragment not visible in AEM 6.4

I have created content Fragment as mention in the tutorial:

But while editing the page(Orders), i am unable to see the content fragment. Can you please help on this.

   I know I am really late to answer this. But since I was going through CF and saw your question, I thought this answer might help someone with similar issues later. Actually in the tutorial in Adobe Experience Manager Help | Getting Started with AEM Content Services - Part 4 - Defining Conte... , In the Defining the FAQ Listing API Template , you need to properly enable  the policies for the Fund Listing API. This should enable the We Retail Content Fragment component in the layout container.

Also the package is available to download and install below the page in the tutorial
