Clientcontext components to contexthub

Hi,

I am working on aem6.4 upgrade.

As clientcontext is not recommended in aem 6.4,

I need to move them to contexthub.

I have used custom components in apps/cq/personalization/clientcontext/components.

There are 4 custom components inside clientcontext .

I need to move to contexthub now.

How can I proceed with this.

Does this  implementation needs to be started as scartch as the contexthub sessionstore APis are different fron the clientcontext session store APis.

I have referred this discussion

But I am unable to relate this to my scenario.

Help needed for implementation.
