Hello.
I can't seem to download the latest service pack for AEM. I find several sources linking me to https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/aem.html but that just says "It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts.".
Any ideas?

Hi @ikno1 ,
You need the right Adobe account permissions. Service Packs are only available if your Adobe ID is linked to a licensed Adobe Experience Cloud / AEM support contract. Ask your Adobe admin (or partner/reseller) to add your Adobe ID to the organization’s account in the Adobe Admin Console. Once linked, you’ll be able to log in and download from Software Distribution.

Hi @ikno1,
That message means your Adobe ID isn’t linked to an Experience Cloud org with AEM entitlement, so Software Distribution hides the downloads.
Ask your Adobe admin (or partner/reseller) to add your work Adobe ID to the company org in Adobe Admin Console and assign an AEM product profile.
Sign out/in at experience.adobe.com and switch to your company org (not “Personal”).
hi @ikno1
Use your enterprise/company Adobe ID (not a personal Gmail-linked one).
Log in via your organization’s SSO if required.
Ask your Adobe Experience Cloud Admin (often the IT/AEM lead in your company) to:
Log in to Adobe Admin Console → Users.
Add your Adobe ID to the organization with access to AEM.
Once added, re-login, and the software distribution portal will work.
If you’re on AEM as a Cloud Service → there are no service packs (updates are automatic).
If you’re on AEM On-Prem / AMS → you need the right org access to download the service pack.
Open a support ticket with Adobe via Admin Console Support.
