do you think that installing another CMS in the same server (different ports), broke something in the Adobe ?

that certainly sounds like it negatively impacted AEM. I do not think installing multiple CMS on same server is best practice. Take a look at https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/getting_started/download_and_startworking.html.
