Hi,

I am trying to integrate AEM 6.2 with Mongo db 3.4.

I followed this link http://www.codebrains.co.in/blog/posts/configuringAEMwithMongoMK.

When i restarted the author instance

I am getting  "AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request. "

Can anybody  guide me on this.

+1

I'm getting the same error when trying to configure a new install of AEM 6.2 using Mongo.

I've tried several online posts as a guide to configuring this, all result in the same error:

https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/deploy/platform/data-store-config.html

http://cq-ops.tumblr.com/post/86895378084/how-to-run-aem-60-with-mongodb-26

https://developer.rackspace.com/blog/AEM6.1-With-MongoDB-3.0-And-WiredTiger

http://www.codebrains.co.in/blog/posts/configuringAEMwithMongoMK

Can someone guide us to what the issue might be?

Are you seeing any indexing related logs in the start up logs? if yes, then downgrade the MongoDB to < 3.0 version, it should work.
