Asset Search with Tags

Hi,

We are defining our tagging structure and we have some questions about how the search would work.

Lets say we have the following structure:

• Parent
  • Child
    • leaf1
    • leaf2
  • Another
    • new
    • old

Now lets say we search for leaf1, it will retrieve only assets tagged with leaf1.

If we search for Child, it will retrieve assets tagged with leaf1 and leaf2.

And if we search for Parent, it should retrieve assets tagged with any of the children.

I tested it a bit and it seems to be working this way.

The tests were made in the Touch UI interface, on the search left panel using the text input for search.

I'd like only to confirm if it is the way it works.

Based on these tests could I be sure that is the way the search will work?

Yes... it should work in the same way!
