Archetypes URL is Empty - No Way to Use AEM Plugin

It appears that this URL that the AEM plugin depends on has been removed by Adobe from Nexus:

http://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public/archetype-catalog.xml

How do we proceed with using the AEM plugin to create new projects without this file?

Use the following link to setup local or custom archetype

Hi,

They have moved to secure page "https" from "http"

Use https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public/archetype-catalog.xml

It will work, I tried yesterday.
