We have a requirement share a specific page in dispatcher to a limited audience with an authentication, since its officially not public. How can we achieve this?

You don't need to run the full stack pipeline. You can use the config pipeline instead. For more details, refer to the official documentation: Config Pipeline in AEM as a Cloud Service.

Hi @georhe6
You can use basic auth at CDN as suggested by @narendiran100  or you can also have basic auth on dispatcher.
