AEM TOUCH UI Restrict Large or Small Files Upload

Hi,

I got the reference to restrict file upload on particular path in AEM Classic UI. Reference as given below.

Want to implement same functionality in AEM 6.1 Touch UI. Please share you useful idea/suggestion/reference.
