I feel that those sentences are saying almost the opposite to each other.
I wasn't sure about my A answer (was hesitating with the B), but I'm almost sure there's something wrong with the answer D.

Can someone have a look and maybe clarify (or tell me I'm wrong)?

it asks something about an example shown in the course...
Quizz questions should be about global knowledge, not knowledge about a specific example that could be everything else.
