When working with Adobe Experience Manager, how do i respond to any of the following situations?

• Why the instances are not responding to requests and are stuck?
• Why is the author instance running extremely slow?
• How to check the slowness thread dumps for slow performance?
• Why the instance is going out of heap space?
• How to run the CRX profiler and is it necessary to run it during the slowness?
