AEM login page is not showing up.

Currently, I am using AEM 6.5 when I try to log in getting a error browser error " Your request could not be completed because you have been signed out" 
http://localhost:4502/libs/granite/core/content/login.html

I tried to restart the aem but it didn't work.
Error log:
INFO* [qtp324231874-2187] org.apache.sling.auth.core.impl.SlingAuthenticator getAnonymousResolver: Anonymous access not allowed by configuration - requesting credentials

Hi, 

Please check this article which describes the issue you are facing; https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/users-randomly-getting-your-request-could-not-be-completed-because-you-have-been-signed-out-in-aem.html . Can you also elaborate on what you were trying to accomplish when this happened?
