Sure, thanks for pointing it out as i am new so was not aware of it.

However, I am not getting that "Create Blog Post" option under "Blogs" tab.

Creating blogs is a special privilege reserved for Advisors at Level 6 and above. Currently, you're at Level 2, and I would highly encourage you to continue contributing to the community—whether by replying to questions, commenting on ideas, or sharing your insights in discussions. These activities will help you level up. Spending just 30 minutes a day and posting 5–6 meaningful replies over a week or two can help you reach Level 6 quite easily. I truly appreciate your interest in contributing through blogging, and I’d be more than happy to grant you access once you reach the required level.
