AEM for Mailing List System

Hi All,

In AEM is it possible if I want to make the Mailing List system? for example, I have a accounting system for loans management system. When the user register as a new member the system will send the auto Welcome Email, when users approved for Loans, the system will send the Approval Email, when a user late for payment (due date) the system will send auto Due Payment mail. All the users variable such as First Name and Loan Package create automatically using template using the API.

Really appreciate if any of users have experience with this.

I don't know what other systems you are using, or the scope of what you're working on, but have you considered using AEM Forms for the loan system?
It's in use today by some financial institutions for exactly these kinds of use cases, and would definitely include email notifications.
