AEM Cloud Service GeoIp mappings

What is the recommended way to do IP mappings to particular websites in Cloud?  Is there a GeoIp lookup option/configuration in the CDN?

www.site.com -> www.site.com/us/en.html for US IPs
www.stie.com -> www.site.com/fr/fr.html for FR IPs

Geoip2 isn't a supported module in the Cloud.

It would be ideal as to your first link is certainly not.  Ideally would not what to have to hit AEM for each call and define these rules in either CDN or Dispatcher.
