AEM Cloud: MSM content fragments creation

Hi Team

We are migrating from AMS to AEM as a cloud with headless architecture.

So we will creating content fragments and expose that CFs as a json.

We are having some sites which are in multiple languages. (MSM)

how to create language copy, live copy content fragments for this requirement. ??

Any reference will be very helpful.
