AEM Cloud DEV Issues

Hi Team,

Hope you're doing well.

We are facing issues in AEM dev where strange things are happening if we try to save any content in the experience fragment, it saves the content but gives the failure message and takes time.

Also, we have written a servlet to create tags in AEM, but it is also not happening. we have checked all the things related to access, session and by using logs as well. Slowness is the biggest issue as well.

so the question is - is there any way to reset the Dev environment while keeping the user credentials as it is?

Thanks

@Prince_Shivhare For AEMaaCS there is nothing like reset. We have to connect with Adobe CS to create a fresh image with the same configuration and package

@Prince_Shivhare We can take backup of users, groups and ACL's of DEV instance. After reset we can reinstall package.

Before performing all above steps please perform a dry run in local to verify users, groups and its ACL's.
