AEM Assets Cloud Very Slow

Avatar

Level 1

We have received numerous complaints from our internal team members that they are experiencing significant latency issues with the AEM Assets Cloud based application right now.  When trying to move assets from one folder to another, we receive an "unexpected error" message or it times out.

Is there a way to monitor performance so we can inform our internal stakeholders of known performance issues?

Thanks,

Ben

As per AEM cloud Dev environments are not an auto scalable environment. That could be the reason that you are experiencing slowness, ideally in Stage and PROD environments you will not face the slowness as those are auto scalable environments,

And also as part of moving assets in cloud I recommend to use renovator ACS AEM commons tool please look at the below link

https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/mcp-tools/renovator/index.html

And if you want to monitor the spikes in your cloud application please refer to below link
