AEM 6.4-RTE within multfield

Avatar

Level 4

Hi,

We are trying to configure RTE within multifield in AEM 6.4 but unable to do so. After entering content and dialog save, we see browser console error Uncaught TypeError: fieldAPI.getName is not a function.

I searched for a solution in Adobe Forums but could not find a solution.

If anyone face similar issue and able to resolve, please help me with the solution.

If anyone was able to achieve RTE within multifield in AEM 6.4, can you please share the dialog structure.

Hello Srikanth,

There were few known issues with RTE in multifield and most of them were backported to AEM 6.4 Sp3. Please test with latest Service pack.

This is an older thread; howevr,if there is an issue - try using Text Area - you will still be able to enter longer text into a MF.

Hi

I can confirm that this issue was fixed in 6.4.3.0

It's mentioned in AEM 6.4 Service Pack Release Notes as -
