On AEM6.2 and AEM 6.3 Known Issues I can see the section for Hybrid Devices where it is described to change browser configuration to stop touch events. Recently I have noticed one of the Hybrid device issues and it is described here: AEM 6.2 Touch UI RTE: Text field becomes read-only while editing (the accepted answer is not correct in that thread).
My question is if that issues with Hybrid devices are resolved and workaround with browser settings is not required in 6.4 as I cannot find them on the Known Issues page for 6.4
