AEM 6.3 Cannot read property 'ipeConfig' of undefined

Hello boys,

every time I open a page in PREVIEW mode, in console I find this error :

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'ipeConfig' of undefined

    at Object.ns.configParser (core.js:7342)

    at Object.<anonymous> (core.js:28853)

    at fire (jquery.js:3232)

    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:3362)

    at done (jquery.js:9840)

    at XMLHttpRequest.callback (jquery.js:10311)

I've not idea what about is it. But it creates some problem for me, because it block some js actions. I know only that it's something related to InPlaceEditing, but in preview mode it shouldn't even be called, I think.

Please, help me! How I could fix it??

Thank you at all in advance. Have a good evening. Daniel

Could you find any solution? I'm facing the same issue, but not only in preview mode but also in edit mode.

Thank you and best regards

Hi boys,

thank you for your time.

No, I didn't find a solution, I'm sorry.

I have that problem, not always, but in a "random" way, I didn't yet understand what is the reason or the logic, however the problem is only with editor.html (both edit and preview mode) but it doesn't cause effective problems in the page.

So, fortunately, it's not blocking, at least for me.

We hope to find a solution soon. We'll update ourselves.

Have a good day!

Daniel
