Hello, this only happening in Internet Explorer 11 (but also lower versions) both Windows 10 and Windows 7.
When trying to select using the browser dialog, elements keep being nested inside. Any hints?

This is a bug - as usual IE (seems most issues are wiht this browser - not Chrome or FF) - please file a support ticket.

And just for the record, the issue is related to the implementation of the Tree.js findChild method.
We are using Pathfield, which does have a treePanel object, when calling treePanel.selectPath this calls the findChild function. For an still unknown reason, IE returns a wrong result and the treePanel is not able to select the path, therefore nesting the folders.
That is as far as I could get for now. Attaching screenshots.

Thanks, I filed a support ticket since I didn't find that hot package anywhere, neither here https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/aem61-available-hotfixes.html nor in the package share.

Correct, it's a private hotfix that needs to be requested.

Hello,
This fixed the issue for us also, but not over the domain. But this works over the Server IP/port. Any ideas?

Jagadeesh
