AEM 6.1 Publish serves SVG as Attachment, Author works fine

Hi,

In AEM 6.1 Publish, our svg logo is served as an attachment, but on Author it is rendered correctly on the page. The logo.svg is located in etc/designs/*/clientlibs because it is part of an angular JS project that is wrapped in an AEM Component.

Why would it work on Author but not on Publish?
