Hi Varun,

Also, from 6.0 version, there is no specific certification for component developer. It is 'developer' certification which covers wider syllabus. Refer [1] for more information

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

I was actually looking for a date (or a tentative date) by which AEM 6.1 certification exams become available.

Thanks!

Varun

Hi Varun,

I totally agree with Jorg here. All the content valid for 6.0 is valid for 6.1 As per my knowledge there will be 6.0 certification only.

Thanks!

If you check the number of differences which you need to apply to the certification content to make it ready for 6.1, this number is nearly at zero. I haven't done the certification yet, but I am not sure, if there will be a 6.1 version ever. Most (I would rather say: all) content valid for 6.0 is still valid for 6.1.

kind regards,
Jörg
