AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.1 Migration issues

Hi Folks, we are facing issues after migration from AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.1, we are facing issues like components are not showing in the Component Listing to select. Happening only for the templates and components which we have developed for our project, geometrixx templates and components are working fine. We already tried all different options like deleting components dialogs, point our project templates to geometrixx component but not working in any case. Can you please help provide some pointer where we are missing.
