Adobe repo tool

Hi,

I 'm using adobe repo tool, but for some reason it stopped working. 

I've tried reinstall multiple time, but every time when I'm trying upload or get some conent, I'm facing this error:

I'm not sure really what's happend that it stopped working. Maybe someone have any idea how to resolve this?
