1. Why/When do we requires "Force CQURLInfo" ?

2. What are the other options that we can use in "JS/CSS Processor Default Config" and what their pros and cons.

To answer you question in JS/CSS processor.

AEM supports two options for YUI (from yahoo) (default) and GCC (from google) as of now.
