Hello,
I've started looking into how to grant a team member the Deployment Manager role within an AEMaaCS sandbox.
However in the Adobe Admin Console, I don't see anything like the five role options in the screenshots, I only see two - AEM Administrators and AEM Users.
Is this perhaps by design - that sandboxes are more limited? Or is it that a more complete roles experience, including Deployment Manager, could perhaps roll out to sandboxes in a future update?
P.S. Could that also explain why I also don't see Custom Permissions (i.e. the Manage Access button) in my sandbox?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Apologies, if you felt I have just rephrased your question. I had shared the direct link to documentation with screenshot as adminconsole wasn't working for me at that point.
As I mentioned, its under Cloud Manager. The profile is available for Sandboxes as well. This is a screenshot from a sandbox. Please request someone with administrative privileges in the org to grant access.

The deployment manager is related to Cloud Manager. AEM Administrators and AEM Users are AEM specific.

@aanchal-sikka Thank you, but I don't think you have answered my questions about why I don't see any evidence of a Deployment Manager, just rephrased the documentation I already linked to with a slightly more specific link?

@aanchal-sikka Thank you!
Yes that was the hint I needed, I just see a greyed out ability to configure the "Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service - Cloud Manager" product profile, with no tooltip or other obvious explanation that I need to request more permission (or ask someone).
My supervisor was able to add the Deployment Manager role successfully to a user within the sandbox account, cheers!
P.S. That also explains why it's not a known Limitation or Condition.
