The Adobe Experience Cloud has a new option in Quick Access for Admin (Beta).
The Admin Console already allows you to manage users, buy licenses, assign products to users and all such housekeeping procedures.
Does anyone know why Admin (Beta) is being introduced?
This console has 2 tabs - Users and Policies.
I. The Users Console -
This just looks like a different variation to the one in Admin console's User tab and has one addition of the "Last Login" column.

@kautuk_sahni - Is there any documentation for Admin (Beta) or roadmap to why this console is being developed?
II. The Policies Console
This console offers a great view of all the product profiles listed along with the Product and Instance to which the profile is associated.
