I have this pdf form that has hidden subforms that appear when certain boxes are checked. I'm having issues with my Section C. subforms. I have add/remove row buttons, plus buttons that allow the user to rearrange the data within. As long as the subform is set to Visible, the add/remove buttons work. When it is hidden, the add row button does nothing and the remove row button will take away the only row visible (and it shouldn't do that).
I'm hoping someone can tell me what where I went wrong?
To make it easier for you:
If you answer "No" to the first question in Section B, Section C2 will appear.
If you check "a PMA based on Test and Computation" in Section A and answer "No" to the first question in Section B, Section C3 will appear.
C2 and C3 are my hidden trouble makers.
TYIA!

Hi @Mav_S
This community is specifically for Adobe AEM.
This question looks more like an Adobe Acrobat question, so you might need to reach out to Adobe Acrobat community like Arun pointed out.

If this is not the case, shed some light on which product you are asking this quesiton about.
I'm using Designer. Adobe Acrobat forums told me that I don't belong there either. LOL
@Mav_S Sorry about that. We recommended Acrobat based on what we understood from your question.
If you are using Indesing this is the community - https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/ct-p/ct-indesign
This is where you can see all the Adobe product communities. If anything, here you can find the community for the product you are using.
Is InDesign and Designer (formerly LiveCycle) the same thing? I didn't think it was.
I don't see any product community for Designer, which is why I thought Experience Manager was the correct place..
InDesign is the creative cloud.
Livecycle got it, it is AEM formsDesigner now.
Try this question in AEM Forms community, they should be able to help. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager-forms/ct-p/adobe-experienc...
Hi @Mav_S
A quick look at your PDF revealed that "Repeat" configuration has been set for both child elements of Section C2 and Section C3, is preventing addition/removal of these sections. Please verify those repeat configuration settings once, if those are necessary:
Once these extra settings are removed, C2 and C3 sections can be added/removed (till the first physical instance).
@Mav_S Did you find the suggestions helpful? Please let us know if you require more information. Otherwise, please mark the answer as correct for posterity. If you've discovered a solution yourself, we would appreciate it if you could share it with the community. Thank you!
