A custom errorhandler for 404 responses

Getting the following error "A custom errorhandler for 404 responses",while trying to open http://localhost:4502/aem/start.html

It seems permission issue, please check users permission at http://localhost:4502/useradmin

user should have atleast read access for /libs/ folder.

Can you try with admin user? or give user read access for all the folders.

Are you trying in Author or Publish instance?

Those pages may not be available in publish instance, please check those pages on publish instance with admin access.
