500 org.apache.commons.mail.EmailException: Sending the email to the following server failed

Hi All,

We observed the below error come up on a cloned instance for one of the environments when testing a password reset functionality.

500 org.apache.commons.mail.EmailException: Sending the email to the following server failed

It is a fully credentialed mailbox as per the info that i have. Does anyone have any pointers on what could be causing the exception sending email to the smtp server

@binoyp73053411 Can you tail the error logs and do check the configuration in OSGi console - "Day CQ Mail Service" as below:
