403 Forbidden error while listing organization in Adobe aio CLI

Hi,

 

I'm trying to run the aio cloudmanager:org:list command, it returns a blank response — no organizations are listed.
 
C:\>aio cloudmanager:org:list
Org Id Org Name Roles Active
────── ──────── ───── ──────
 
Additionally, when I try to use workspace-related commands like aio console workspace:select or aio console project:select, I get a 403 Forbidden error.
 
This is the example error it's throwing. 
C:\>aio console project:select
» Error: [CoreConsoleAPISDK:ERROR_GET_PROJECTS_BY_ORG_ID] 403 - Forbidden

C:\>aio cloudmanager:org:select

Everything was working fine for me earlier, but suddenly I'm no longer able to access it.
If this issue is related to permission, could someone please help me understand what exact permission or privileges needed?

Hi @kalpanadevisu,

There might be some issue with: 

  1. Your user was removed from the organization, or your entitlements were changed.

  2. Cloud Manager product profile access was revoked in the Adobe Admin Console.

  3. Org context was previously cached, but permissions have since changed.

  4. You're logged into the wrong Adobe account in aio.

Try these steps:

1. Confirm you have the right Org and access
  • Visit: https://adminconsole.adobe.com

  • Check:

    • Are you still listed under the organization?

    • Do you still have access to the Cloud Manager product profile?

      • Go to Products > Adobe Experience Cloud > Cloud Manager, then see if your name is there.

2. Logout and re-authenticate in AIO CLI

Clear cached tokens and log back in:

aio logout
aio login

Then check:

aio cloudmanager:org:list
3. Use the correct Adobe IMS Org

Sometimes multiple orgs are cached. Ensure you're using the one that has Cloud Manager access:

aio config:get ims.org

If it's not the right one, switch or remove and re-login.

Thanks for the guidance.
 
I reviewed my profile in the Adobe Admin Console and it looks like Adobe I/O products is missing for my user. I've requested the necessary access to be added.
 
Once the required product access is granted to my role, I’ll recheck everything and confirm if the issue is resolved.

Please check if you have access to this or not in your Products Tab, as well as Developer Access Tab - Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service - Cloud Manager
