What does the below warning and info mean?

We're running AEM 5.6.1, I believe I've seen this on the author and publish instance.
Adobe Support suggested thread dumps, but if anyone here knows in general, or specifically, what the above means, it would be good to know.
A previous post suggested disabling tar optimization during certain situations ... in my case I'm deleting a bit of content, though I don't know if it is related, as tar optimization is set for its default time, and this warn/info occurs outside of that.
