When re-ordering items within a collection that contains enough items that the drag requires an auto-scroll of the content list, the item being dragged does not end up where it needs to be if the content move did require an auto scroll.
What one needs to do in this case is drag in segments until the item ends up where it needs to be.
I think having "Send to First" and "Send to last" buttons would help speed things up. The could also be "Send to Top" and "Send to Bottom".
Also, the ability to move two ore more items by checking their check-boxes and using the buttons or dragging like one can do currently.
