html resource file adobe dps 2015

Hello!

I need to upload a html resource file for my DPS 2015 app. I want to enable to viewer to download a PDF file. I'm not sure how I upload it using he new portal. Can someone point me in the right direction?

The old DPS 2014 trick of linking to PDF files in HTMLResources isn't supported in DPS 2015. We recommend that you create articles from the PDF files instead of linking to them. Let us know if you want more information about creating articles from PDF files.
