Create Products Scaffolding

I just wanted to know as to how to create a new Products catalog just like We.Retail. I did try to create a folder under Commerce/Products, but while creating a Product it gives an error....

No scaffold definition found for /var/commerce/products/test/test_level2

Any ideas as to how to create a custom scaffold and commerceType.
