We have configured Generic Authentication where we authenticate users through custom database, the authentication for the locked article is successful, followed by which in network following call gets added "genericAuth=<authToken>", This returns 303 response and in the response header we see location url contains error code "errorCode=error;errorMessage=Exception%20in%20the%20Entitlement%20Service%20while%20processing%20the%20result%20from%20the%20identity%20provider".
This followed by redirected to same locked article with lock symbol displayed with error "

Can some one please suggest what might be wrong ?
