Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	Shortening the URL added on Hotspot Management editor post asset publish
Use-case:	Upgrading hotspot management tool to automatically use publisher friendly URLs
Current/Experienced Behavior:	The Hotspot Management UI allows you to pick an internal page path via the Site Selector. - However, the viewer does not apply the resolver rules to the URL. - Instead, the viewer simply uses exactly the HREF value stored in the hotspot, without rewriting or redirecting it to a shortened form.
Improved/Expected Behavior:	Since the Hotspot Management UI has a path field, we cannot restrict the users from selecting internal paths... We would want the dynamic media response of this API to have the resource resolver rules applied to the URLs before reaching here. That would help fix the shortening issue being caused in general.
