1. Improvements when creating launches Improved so that users are not confused. ・Prevent false error messages from being displayed If the cause is a timeout, extend the timeout time (example: 1 minute → 5 minutes) ・Change the message to match the actual situation.

Improvements when promoted Improve so that the process ends normally ・If the cause is a timeout, extend the timeout time (example: 1 minute → 5 minutes) ・Change the message to match the actual situation.
