Customer when using Adobe Managed Services, the AMS team used a distribution list that client managed (they could add and remove users) internally. Then, that list appeared on the notifications so they knew who received the notices. Unfortunately, for AEMaaCS, they can only see their individual names, so it's not very reassuring. Hence, customer would like to have a similar option as in AMS for AEMaaCS. |
