Add the ability to filter inside collections

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: It would be good if there is an ability to filter assets within collections
Use-case: Filtering collections within collections
Current/Experienced Behavior: There is no way to filter assets now within collections
Improved/Expected Behavior: It's going to be easier to find assets within the collections

Can you clarify how it differs in the end results ? The existing omni search will perform the same task. Also, lets not forget that the main purpose of a search function is to find the relevant results rather than classifying/groping them based on any criteria.

@kautuk_sahni  @hamidk92094312  - basically, we want the ability to filter collections created by a certain user. You can't do that now by using omnisearch, right?
