Integration Campaign Classic with AEM Forms
Hello Together,
I am curently working on the topic of AEM Forms and connecting it with Adobe Campaign Classic. I have already configured the connection succesfully for the capapility of sharing e-mail templates from AEM to Campaign Classic, this works totaly fine! Even with selecting personalizations fields with variables out of campaign.
Now, we also want to use to get the data out of an AEM Form directly into the Campaign Classic database. I have configured the cloud service propertie for the campaign configuration on the page of the form, and I can also see and select the Adobe Campaign components for the form. After adding the specific campaign component to the page I want to map them to the campaign variable. But if I click on configure and select Adobe Campaign, everything is greyed out and I can not select anything...
Maybe someone else has any idea how to solve this problem?
