It is possible to set up user account password complexity requirements in AEM Forms Document Security. This is configured via the User Management module in AEM Forms. Below is a high-level overview of the steps to set this up:
Log in to the AEM Forms Administration Console using an administrator account.
Navigate to User Management and select Policies.
Configure the Password Policy by defining:
- Minimum and maximum password length.
- Requirements for uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and special characters.

- Password history to prevent reuse of previous passwords.
- Password expiration intervals (optional, based on your ATO requirements).
Save the policy and assign it to the appropriate user groups or accounts.
