Where to learn Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Designer, are there any tutorials available for this apart from documentation from adobe How to download and install Forms Designer to create Document of Record templates? | Adobe Experience Manager.

This is similar to Adobe LiveCycle, it is not Adaptive forms.

If you navigate through the menu you should be able to view all the different types of options related to using designer.
