Error opening interactive communication letter post migration

Hi

I am migrating letters from Correspondence management system to Interactive communication using the migration utility. All the assets are successfully migrated. I am able to open text, condition and all other module however I am unable to open any migrated letters.

Can you please confirm the previous and newer version that you migrated to and also confirm the strategy/approach followed?
