Cannot Purchase Experience Manager

I have been trying to request a demo or even simply a way to subscribe to Experience Manager for over a month. But my repeated requests for a demo go without a response. I just receive generic email spam, and once a call from Adobe Sign, who said they were the wrong department and they'd forward my request to the correct one. There seems to be no way for me to contact support because... I am not a subscriber.
