Archive of correspondences

Hello friends,
currently, I'm working on adobe forms. I finished the design and some coding. Now I'm opening the form by using the transaction fbl1n. First I request a correspondence, then I display it. All works as it should. Now I'm facing an "advanced" problem. I have to archive the correspondence. Is there anyone who has more experience and is willing to explain it?

What needs to be done to archive the correspondences? 

Is there a specific function module/modules or a specific way to do it? 

Is there anything that must be created or done before working with the correspondences? 

I would also be happy if someone could provide some video materials or any type of materials that will help me with this issue and will boost my knowledge in any possible way. 

I appreciate any help you can provide.

@TalKe , can you please explain what do you mean by Correspondences? Which AEM Forms version you are working with?
