AEM Forms Themes editor question

Hi there, i got a question on the theme editor, in there i see Form -> Title, see pic attached highlighted in yellow.

After i make changes, e.g. change font weight , change type of font

then i want to see the changes on my adaptive form, but there is no such component call Form Title. How then can i see the theme taking effect on my form? Note that i have first created my own form template, and set the template to use my custom theme, then finally i create an adaptive form based on the form template.

found it, its called Form Title under the adaptive form components
